HOW TO INSTALL DLC/DATA PACK 
-Windows Vista/ 7 / 8 - 'C:\ProgramData\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2014\download'  

-Windows XP - 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2014\download

The "ProgramData" folder is hidden by default and you have to edit the folder settings in Windows Explorer if you are unable to find it.
